KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 23 — Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said Perikatan Nasional (PN) chairman Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yasin's claim of support through 115 statutory declarations (SDs) is untrue, hence why he was not appointed as prime minister after the 15th general election (GE15).

PUTRAJAYA, Jan 13 — The new fee for statutory declaration (SD) and exhibit in the document has been increased from RM4 to RM10 effective January 16 (Monday).

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 20 — Dewan Rakyat Speaker Tan Sri Azhar Azizan Harun has requested political parties that won a substantial number of seats in the 15th general election (GE15) to submit the names of parties and independent Members of Parliament who agree to be part of a coalition of at least 112 seats to form the Federal Government via statutory declarations.

KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 17 — Each Member of Parliament has been asked to submit a statutory declaration to nominate a name to be appointed as the country’s 9th Prime Minister, according to a notice signed by Dewan Rakyat Speaker Datuk Azhar Azizan Harun.
